Refund Policy – All Our Blooms

We want you to be happy with your purchase. While we cannot accept returns for change of mind, we do offer refunds or replacements in certain circumstances.

❌ Change of Mind

Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

🌱 Dahlia Tubers

  • Please unpack your order as soon as it arrives.

  • If you have concerns about your order, email us within 7 days of delivery at hello@allourblooms.com.au.

  • If you suspect a tuber is unviable (no visible eye, or damaged to the point it will not grow), or if you receive the wrong item, contact us promptly.

  • We cannot be responsible for tubers or plants failing to grow once planted, or if the storage and care instructions provided have not been followed.

  • Please include your name and clear photos (multiple angles) of the tuber when you contact us.

💐 Cut Flowers

  • As cut flowers are perishable, we cannot accept returns once they have been collected or delivered.

  • If you are unhappy with the quality of your flowers, please email us on the same day with photos so we can assess.

💳 Refunds & Replacements

  • We will review your request and notify you by email whether a refund or replacement has been approved.

  • If a replacement of the same or similar item is available, we will provide it. Please note that availability may vary as we are dealing with seasonal plants.

  • If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to finalise the transfer. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us.
